CHOPSTIX - Sushi and raw bar !

Chopstix opened it's doors January 1st 2005. We specialize in sushi, although some of what you'll find on our sushi menu contains raw fish, the word "sushi" actually refers to a marriage of sweet vinegared rice with other ingredients which may or may not include fish, and may or may not be cooked. The Japanese word "sashimi" means sliced raw fish. With "maki sushi" (rolled sushi) and "temaki" (handroll), you'll also find both raw and cooked fish, wrapped inside a layer of seaweed and rice, along with unique combinations of other fresh ingredients.

We wanted to add something different to the sushi bar concept, as we love fish, crab, oysters etc, we thought of a raw bar. Right now we serve oyster, king crab, snow crab, dungeness crab, mussels, clams, stone crab, peel and eat shrimp and more. Most of the raw bar items are available year round and some items are seasonal. Just give us a call to find out what is available at our raw bar.
